Diversability Inc. views Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) from the perspective of individuals with diversabilities.  Individuals experiencing medical conditions, genetic anomalies, physical and emotional trauma, social and emotional challenges, as well as differences in brain biology are the largest population of historically under-served, under-represented, and otherwise marginalized people in the world.  Diversabilities cross cultural, ethnic, race, age, gender, sexuality, socioeconomic and geographic boundaries.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are the core of who we are and the heart of what we do, driving our mission in service to our community.  While our society critically considers how we engage with one another, Diversability Inc. remains dedicated to including, employing and serving everyone regardless of identity or label. We understand there is work to be done as our society embraces diversity and grapples with its history of systemic racism and marginalization. Our employees and board members understand, accept and honor differences among individuals, upholding our core values while diligently eliminating barriers to independent living and self-sufficiency.  As an organization, we strive to create a community where everyone has access, is embraced and is appreciated.
